8. Fees, Payments & Subscriptions

• Fees for paid Services are set out on our website or in a separate agreement. Payments are due in the currency specified.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled according to the cancellation policy shown during purchase.
• We reserve the right to suspend Services for overdue payments and to change pricing upon notice.

9. Privacy Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the Services you consent to that collection and use. You should review the Privacy Policy to understand your rights and our practices.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. Redcode Web Solutions disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability Except where prohibited by law, Redcode Web Solutions total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or USD $500 if you have not paid us). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

14. Data Security & Backups We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. You remain responsible for maintaining backups of your data as described in your service agreement; verify backup and retention policies prior to relying on the Service for critical data.

15. Third-Party Services Our Services may integrate with third-party products. Use of any third-party services is subject to that provider’s terms and we are not responsible for third-party performance or availability.

16. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access for breaches of these Terms or for lawful reasons (e.g., non-payment, abuse). On termination, all rights granted to you will cease and you must stop using the Services.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of UP / Varanasi without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Adarsh vihar colony awaleshpur chunar road kandawa. UP varanasi- 221106 INDIA, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
